Rumble / Delicious RecipesHere's an easy to make no bake mug cake (or pudding in a mug)! This dessert made from scratch is great to share with your significant other, enjoy at a dinner party or even by yourself! I used boxed pudding (the jello kind) but you can make your own pudding from scratch. All-in-all.. takes about 15 minutes to make! (with boxed pudding)

What you'll need to make this simple mug cake is boxed pudding, mascarpone cheese, vanilla, sugar and sponge cake! Once done, layer it in a mug and you're all set to go!

The mascarpone cheese is easy on the sweetness. It tastes more like the inside of a chocolate eclair or cream puff. :)

Mmmm.... Yumy. Is it gluten free?

The sponge cake isn't for sure. Also, while the pudding doesn't contain any gluten, it's not labelled as gluten-free and most likely not made in a gluten free environment. So double check!
