Russia investigates Crimean Bridge attack

Russia said on Monday (July 17) that it had launched an investigation over an apparent attack on the Crimean Bridge, a key artery for Russian troops fighting in Ukraine. Russia's Investigative Committee released video it said showed its investigators collecting debris on the damaged section of the bridge.
