Author, educator, and well-known motivational speaker Eric Thomas is noted for his energizing delivery and uplifting words. Eric, who was born in Chicago, Illinois, on September 3, 1970, had a difficult childhood because he lived with only one parent and was homeless as a teenager. But despite all the odds, he used education to change his life.
Eric Thomas graduated from Oakwood University with a bachelor's degree before moving on to Michigan State University to acquire a master's degree and then a doctorate in educational administration. His life experiences and academic accomplishments have influenced the passionate way he approaches inspiring others, especially young people.
