Info From Licensor: "The Azomures chemical plant located at the vicinity of the city Targu Mures, Romania, has been polluting the environment from many years. I was going with my car to the shopping mall (Promenada Mall, Targu Mures) when I saw that from the plant's chimney is rising a bright orange colored smoke or fumes. This is not often seen, because the chemical plant usually releases the toxic cloud at nighttime, so cannot be seen, can just be smelled. There were many protests from the population side against the major pollution that this plant generates, but without results. Also they claim, that the air pollution meter that they have is out of duty because is faulty, and by some very strange circumstances the city air pollution meter is out of duty too (don't ask me why, corruption, that's all). Help is needed."
