Indian cuisine: How to make paneer tikka

Paneer tikka literally means bite size pieces of Indian cottage cheese. They're marinated in spiced yogurt and grilled to perfection. The resulting chunks turn out delicious and flavorful.

To prepare marinade:

2-3 tbsp Hung curd
1 tbsp cashew/ Almond Powder
2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
2 tbsp roasted gram flour
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp tandoori masala powder
1/2 tsp crushed dried fenugreek leaves
Chopped coriander leaves ( few sprigs)
1 lime juice/ 1/2 lemon juice
200 Gm Paneer/ Cottage cheese
1/2 capsicum cut into cubes
