Michigan just became the first state in the union to criminalize misgendering. Under HB 4474, deliberate misgendering will be classified as a criminal offense, punishable by up to 5 Years in jail and up to a $10,000 fine. Hate Speech has just been codified into law.

Thankfully, the First Amendment most certainly overrides this outlandish bill, but the likes of Gretchen Whitmer and radical leftist Democrats in Michigan keep pressing the issue, it will not stay contained within those dilapidated borders.

If a new poll is to be believed, a creeping plurality believes that not adhering to someone's mental illness should be punishable by law, across the nation! Frightening times ahead.
