Title: Demon 79

The episode tells the story of Nida, a mild-mannered shop assistant who unwittingly summons a demon who tells her she must commit three murders to prevent the end of the world.

The episode is the first to be released under the label Red Mirror and contains supernatural elements rather than technology-based stories.

Written By: Charlie Brooker and Bisha K. Ali
Cinematography: Stephan Pehrsson

The series, which is written and created by Charlie Brooker, counts Brooker, Jessica Rhoades, Annabel Jones, and Bisha K. Ali among its executive producers and comes from Brooker and Jones’ production company Broke & Bones.

Says Brooker, “I can’t wait for people to binge their way through it all and hope they enjoy it — especially the bits they shouldn’t.”
