He’s led dozens of business mergers and acquisitions and has been at the forefront of multiple bank acquisitions while leading challenging transactions in the aviation, chemical, automobile, finance, real estate, and insurance industries. Greg has worked with regulatory agencies of all types, including the Treasury Department, the DOT, and the FAA.
