Sonic Remakes and Reboots on the Way?

According to the article by Sonic Stadium, potential remakes and reboots of Sonic games may be on the way. SEGA of Japan President Yukio Sugino has hinted this in an interview with Dual Shockers. This comes off the heels of the success of Sonic Frontiers and the sales and movie of Sonic the Hedgehog 2. In addition to this, this comes as a rumor of a Sonic Heroes remaster might be announced at the upcoming Gamescom 2023 event in Germany.
