In this double portion Torah study, the Word that came from the Lord is about how we are to speak and walk with our God. The promises and vows we make to one-another are so important that it is a sin before God and each other when we break our vows or promises. Y'shua said let your yes be yes and your no be no, anything else comes from the evil one. When we ask the Lord into our hearts to forgive us of our sins, we are responsible for those promises or vows we make to Him. He keeps His Word. We need to keep ours. When we don't do this, we misrepresent God. When we do this, we are now walking with Him allowing Him to prepare and mature us on the journeys He has us on.
