KFC India has launched hot & saucy chicken a year back and since then I'm a die hard fan of this. When I go for KFC this is a must have item on my table and I used to taste each & every element so that I can recreate it in my kitchen.

Ingredients:
For marination:
Chicken 300gm
Vinegar:2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste : 1/2 tsp
Salt & pepper to taste
Flour Mixture:
1 cup flour
1 cup cornflour
1 tbsp red chili powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
To make sauce
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped green chilies
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp oregano
To coat the chicken
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup Crushed corn flakes
Other ingredients:
Oil for deep fry
