While on his daily commute on 691 West in Connecticut, this driver notices that the car in front of him seems to be hugging the white line. The car then quickly signals as it changes lanes, cutting off an unmarked state police car! The cop instantly turns on the lights and pulls over the reckless driver.

The unmarked police car was riding for a while in the most common 'blind spot' for people. Even though you're supposed to look there carefully, you should never drive for a while slightly back on the right side of someone if you can prevent it. It may still be their fault, but if they don't have their mirrors adjusted correctly, there's a good chance for an accident. Better to be safe than in the right.

Feel a bit sorry for the driver, not only did the police car come in from the right (not behind) then ride in his blind spot, but he only moved to the right apparently to get out of the way of the car that moved from his left lane into the middle lane. Sure he should've checked his blind spot, but at least he did signal, which did give the cop a chance to slow down.
