Delaware DOJ Goes After Victim in Ammo Theft!

The Delaware Department of Justice under AG Kathy Jennings is investigating a Cabela's under a public nuisance law after over half a million rounds of ammunition were stolen.

The thief in this crime is not serving any jail time, so the victim is getting harsher treatment than the criminal. Delaware is one of the states that has laws that give additional liabilities to gun companies compared to other industries.
