Hoy nos hemos decantado por un postre, y hemos hecho un pie o pastel de queso. Verás que con esta receta te va a quedar un pastel cremoso y esponjoso, ¡te va a encantar!
En el vÃdeo tenÃamos 300 ml de leche evaporada (se ve perfectamente en el vaso medidor), pero decidimos echar 250 ml, y nos ha quedado justo a la medida.
En cuanto a la mermelada que le ponemos por encima, échale la que más te guste.
