Recipes:

Cottage Cheese Pancakes:

Homemade Pizza Dough:
2 Cups of warm water
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
4 cups APF
1 Cup bread flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 Cup oil
Knead and allow to proof for an hour.
Bake pizza at 450F for 15-20 minutes
