Bonus Room Remodel: Project 06 Update 78 of 84 - Explaining Some Molding

Continuing on with this project of remodeling 325 square feet of Bonus Room in addition to bedroom #2. This was a labor of love that spanned 14 months at a cost of just over $10K. We saved a bunch of money and got it the way we wanted to making it our own.
