We read of the proclamation against Babylon, the mercy of the Lord of the House of Jacob, the fall of the King of Babylon and the Fall of Lucifer, Babylon would be destroyed and Assyria and Philistia mentioned to be destroyed, a proclamation is made against Moab, Syria, and Israel all seen in the vision of Isaiah.
