Balloon Landing over Southport Marine Drive

Info From Licensor: "I was driving to an appointment near Southport when I spotted the balloon in the distance, partially hidden by the sand-dunes. As I got closer I joked to my wife that it looked like it had landed on the roundabout (intersection). Getting closer still it was obvious that the balloon was low across the road, although clear of my lane so I didn't need to take avoiding action myself. Cars coming in the opposite direction had slowed and it passed over the pavement/sidewalk at head height. My car is fitted with a DashCam - purchased due to a rise in 'Crash for Cash' incidents in the area - and so I'd captured a video of what I'd seen.
