Ingredients:
Cilantro-Ginger Sauce use:
1 tabsp. toasted sesame oil
1 tabsp. fresh lime juice
1 tabsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 teasp. fish sauce
1 teasp. minced seeded Thai red chilly or jalapeño pepper
1 teasp. grated fresh ginger
1 teasp. honey
1 medium clove garlic, mashed into paste

To grill the Salmon:
1 pound skin-on salmon fillet (about 2 inches thick) cut into 4 portions
1 tabsp. sesame oil, pepper & salt

Instructions:

Step 1: Cilantro-Ginger Sauce
Whisk oil, lime juice, cilantro, fish sauce, chilly or jalapeño,
ginger, honey, and garlic in a small bowl. Reserve 1 Tbsp. of the sauce
in a separate small bowl to use for basting.

Step 2: Grilled Salmon
Preheat grill to medium-high
Rub oil, salt & pepper all over the salmon.
Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side up.
Grill until the salmon lifts from the grates without sticking after 6 minutes.
Flip the salmon and brush with the reserved 1 Tbsp. sauce.
