Woman Hits Parked Car In School Parking Lot

Info From Licensor: "I ran out to my car before my daughters school performance (5:15pm EST), when I noticed the woman in the video stumbling as she approached the rear bumper of my car. Then she fell into the passenger side near the rear wheel. That's when I reached for my phone and started the video. At first I was mad she fell into my car then hit it with her car door as she entered her car. As I looked closer she seemed intoxicated so I tried to assist her with a taxi or uber instead of driving herself."
