Head of corn

This is a young head of corn. It's still early to eat this head of corn. When a head of corn is ripe, the bang that sticks out at the end of a head of corn becomes dry. Now this bang is not dry yet. Usually there are 2-3 heads per stalk of corn. Heads of corn are boiled in water for a long time. Then eat sprinkled with salt. This is delicious. Tastier than popcorn and healthier.
