Big Ideas - with Adam Widawski

Our first conversation with Adam Widawski.

Over two decades of study, in and out of academia, Adam's current research in Quantum Consciousness is at the intersection of Western Continental philosophy (Nietzsche, Hegel, Heidegger), Mysticism (William Blake, Hermetica and other ancient wisdom traditions), and the relationship between language and consciousness (e.g. the language of science vs. the language of religion).

Most recently, one of Adam's main inspirations has been the work of Iain McGilchrist "The Master and His Emissary" where author argues elegantly for a new understanding of left-right hemisphere dynamic by referring to many of the above historical sources but now backed by neuroscientific and cognitive evidence of an otherwise ancient understanding of the world as a living unity rather than a fragmented lifeless mechanism. According to Adam, McGilchrist's opus magnum is a foundational work of a post-technocratic Renaissance to come.

As a professional linguist and tutor with past and present clients in technology, government, law, financial and corporate sectors, Adam has helped individuals of all ages and backgrounds to become better thinkers and communicators in a world of exponential change.
