Road Ragers Attack

Info From Licensor: "I was driving home from Central Bark doggy day care at 2501 Wharton Street in Philadelphia when I began to notice the confrontation. The scary thing about it was that the bad guys were so calm after cutting off the car until they started to pound away at the passenger through the window. I immediately called the police. I was afraid the victim was going to back into me and I could not back up because there was a car behind me. I was surprised the police dispatcher asked me for the license plate a second time because I did not write it down. Afterward, I went home and never heard anything about it since."
