These muscles include the deltoid, triceps, and brachialis. The deltoid muscle is the main muscle of the shoulder. It consists of three parts: anterior, middle, and posterior. The anterior part is responsible for flexing the shoulder forward, the middle part is responsible for bringing the shoulder together, and the posterior part is responsible for extending the shoulder backward
