This Bear Archery Royale RTH Compound Bow is a fantastic choice for young archers. I purchased it for my 11-year-old grandson, and it has exceeded my expectations.
Not only does it shoot great, but it is also very easy to adjust. In the past, I got a cheap bow for my daughter, and although she liked it, it was not of good quality.
Thats why I decided to invest in a real bow for her, and Im extremely pleased with this purchase. It comes with everything you need right out of the box, except for a release, arrows, and a target, which youll still need to purchase separately.
My daughter is about 52 inches tall, with a draw length of approximately 19 inches. She is probably pulling around 15 pounds and the bow has been chronod at about 75fps.
The peep and sight on this bow are both pretty good, and the quiver is very usable. Furthermore, the adjustability of this bow is absolutely fantastic.
I expect that if my daughter doesnt grow taller than 58 inches, this bow will last her entire life due to its crazy adjustment range. It truly is perfect for a young boy or girl who is just getting into archery or hunting.
The bow is easily adjustable and light enough for kids to handle with ease. I also purchased this bow for myself as a hunting bow. As a smaller adult, it suits me very well for hunting medium game.
I usually dont hunt from a stand and tend to walk a lot, so having a light and compact bow is crucial. This bow meets all those criteria and still shoots great, making it nearly perfect for my hunting needs.
Lastly, I have been bow hunting since 1956 and have owned four other bows in the past. I am really looking forward to the weather cooling down so I can take this Bear Archery Royale RTH Compound Bow out for a hunt.
