Karuma hydro power project a 99.9% complete, No defects reported at the dam

The much anticipated Karuma Hydro power station is now 99.9% complete with a few issues left to be fully operational.
This was revealed during a fact finding mission to Karuma Hydro power station by a team led by the Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja on the directives of President Yoweri Museveni.
In a letter to the Prime Minister, President Yoweri Museveni instructed that the issue of Exim Bank paying the contractor be expedited, transformers be established in towns, transmission lines must be completed and all the planned Corporate Social Responsibility plans fulfilled.
