This belt made me faster! Not really, but it made me not put holes in my shirts with safety pins. Plus I now look like I know what I'm doing when I'm running in a race. This checks pretty much all the boxes for me.
If all you want is a belt to hold your number, this is a good product. I used it for a half marathon a few weeks ago, and it did the job. It was nice to not have to deal with safety pins.
The only reason I not give the belt five stars is that the design would be much better if the material between the "yellow elasticated laces" was not elastic.
I ripped a lace out of the side of the bib when I was adjusting the belt and I stretched it too far. I ended up having to poke another hole in the bib and re-attach it, which was inconvenient while trying to run.
If I was much bigger not sure it would fit. 140 pounds. It is Elastic so it would fit tight. Wore it once for a 5k and it rode up my waist. After adjusting shirt it was fine. Like that I don’t have to poke holes in my clothes.
My son got this for his first triathlon, and I was concerned that it wouldn't tighten enough to fit him. It turned out that it fit well and it was easy for him to get on and off. Would recommend this product.
I wore this on my last 10k race and it was so much better than using safety pins! It did ride up slightly but maybe because I wasn't wearing a shirt and I was dripping sweat. Such a great idea for runners!
Purchased this and just wore it for my first triathlon. Worked perfectly! Will wear again for my next race in five weeks. Easy to slide to the front after the cycle portion of the race. Recommend!
