When a Town Councilor doesn't realize his mic is hot! Money seems to matter more than honoring his commitment to his duty!
Councilor Cloutier (Medlin) didn't realize what he was saying was being recorded. It seems like he was more interested in working for his day job than spending his time representing his constituents as a Councilor. Many people showed up and everyone participated in the activity except Councilors Cloutier (Medlin) and Conway.
