Boxing: NYPD, FDNY, +Other NYC City Workers in the Ring!

On June 12, 2023, NYC police, firefighters, and other city agencies held an amateur boxing event! Hosted by Smoker Talk Boxing, it was an exciting night of dynamic fights. Only in New Yawk!

This event supported the NYC Cops & Kids boxing program.

Carnivore Diet Report: Food was served, and I was actually able to get halal beef—no rice, no sauce! There were onions (mostly avoided) plus mild spices. Eating only meat continues to keep me fit―along with an active lifestyle that includes boxing workouts.
