Houston's 4 Cheese Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe

Are you a fan of Houston's famous spinach and artichoke dip? We sure are! But we wanted to take this a step further with even MORE cheese! Here's what you'll need: Food Processor Baking Dish Grease (Pam Spray or otherwise) 1/2 Cup Sour Cream 1/3 Cup Cream Cheese 1/3 Cup Half and Half 6.25 Oz Jar Marinated Artichokes 10 oz Spinach Kosher Sea Salt 1/3 Pecorino 1/4 Parmesan 2 Cloves and 1/2 Tsp Garlic 1 Cup Mozzarella Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees. Start by adding your half and half, sour cream, 2 cloves of garlic, pecorino, parmesan, a small pinch of salt, mozzarella, spinach, artichokes, and cream cheese to the food processor. Close the lid and process thoroughly. Grease your baking dish and empty the dip into it. Make sure to spread uniformly. Top with parmesan cheese then bake for 30 minutes and enjoy!
