1- How could the witness know the man sitting inside the gray car had on khaki shorts? (sitting inside a vehicle)
2- when you call 911. they usually tell you to stay on the phone until officers arrive, Wouldnt the 811 emergency operator want Carlee to stay on the phone with her to let her know if the toddler was injured, and if the toddler needed an ambulance? Instead, Carlee, hung up with 911 and called a family member, and the family member heard her interacting with the child, not emergency response.
