Ah, the story of Thanksgiving! A tale as old as time! You would think we would’ve retained this information from grade school when we spent an entire week for six years in a row learning about the Pilgrims and the history of Thanksgiving and making turkeys by tracing our hands on construction paper but alas, there is nothing further from the truth.

In true millennial fashion, we tried to explain the history behind America’s most gluttonous holiday, and well — we basically failed. HARD.
