Vlog 9 July 2023 | Today we are in the Barrio Zaragoza in León, Nicaragua where we are touring a traditional barrio house in a colonial area with four bedrooms, four baths, garage and separate motorcycle or bodega space. This one is very affordable and an easy walk to nearly anywhere in the city making it ideal for someone looking for some space and easy access to the city on a budget.

They are asking $250/mo unfurnished. As always we are not agents and do not get paid to sell houses. If you are interested we'll just pass you on to the seller's agent that appears in the video and showed it to us.
