A report by Lisa Tutman of WISH. The oldest retail building in downtown Indy and also known as the L Strauss building, the Occidental was at 41 W. Washington Street (the southeast corner of Illinois and Washington). Architects were Rubush & Hunter. Anchor Neal Moore is also seen. This is all that remained on a VHS tape.
