Vanagon Spare Tire Modification - 14" to 16"

A DIY project to fit a narrow (195/75 x 16") Nokian Spare wheel and tire into the stock 14" spare location. Performed on a 1991 Vanagon Syncro, but I believe most if not all Vanagons would work out the same.
