Unenforceable Gun Control Ordinance Adopted by City of Indianapolis

The city of Indianapolis has adopted and unconstitutional and unenforceable gun control ordinance. Luckily, the state of Indiana has a preemption statute that prevents this sort of ordinance from having affect. The Attorney General also issued an opinion, indicating that this ordinance was unlawful.
