When you're friends aren't Celiac...

It's a sad reality, but a lot of people don't know the extent of Celiac Disease, lol! As someone who's always had food intolerances and sensitivities, and was just recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I know first hand what it's like to be around the people you love who just don't quite get it. When I say I have Celiac Disease, or a gluten allergy, they oftentimes ask, "What does that even mean?" Great question! I'm wondering myself. It always goes something like this: Oh that's sad...so you can't have bread...**friend proceeds to eat all the bread**.
