If EVERY poor person took out loans and maxed out their credit cards, all the money loans out would be money from the wealthy. If NO one paid these back and filed for bankruptcy, the BANKS would lose all of their money. The corporations, insurance companies, financial corporations would lose everything.

The wealthy would only be guaranteed $200,000 of FDIC insurance per bank account and this would reset the whole financial system transferring the wealth from the rich to the poor.
