Ukrainian tankers are trained on American M1A1 Abrams equipped with Mine Clearing Roller System (MCRS) trawls at the Grafenwöhr training ground in Germany.
If it is these tanks that are being prepared for transfer to Kyiv, then it is worth noting one interesting detail.
The armor of these tanks is "export", i.e. weakened 3rd generation without uranium filler.
Similar composite armor is used on Iraqi, Egyptian and Polish Abrams.
