Does America Need Affirmative Action?

Recently, Affirmative Action was struck down as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. Race can no longer be used as a basis for college admissions. Affirmative action was designed to bridge the gap in educational opportunities for underrepresented groups. Although this sounds good on the surface, a closer look reveals that it was fundamentally flawed. In this video, we discover that eliminating it was both a step forward and a step back for the American people. So does America still need an Affirmative Action Program? Yes we do, but NOT the one that we had! We need an Affirmative Action Program that helps those who need it WITHOUT discriminating against those who don't.
