Making a Handmade Canoe Paddle | Floating on a Sketchy Raft

I need to make a canoe paddle so my Daughter and I can enjoy floating around on a sketchy raft on our pond. I used a slab of silver maple to make my paddle. After adding some flotation to our "raft" I was able to float around on it. We had a great time.
