Fever is a 14.2h FLASHY red roan gelding that is by a son of DUAL REY, & out of a CATS MERADA mare!
This chromed out, finished ranch gelding has been used everywhere from the grand entries at a rodeo, sort and doctored on outside, competed in ranch rodeos, has been hog hunted off of, used at all the brandings, and everything in between! If you want to be a successful rider- it helps to have the horsepower for the job! On top of his usefulness, Fever has a mindset that aims to please! He tries hard for you, and there isn’t much this uncomplicated gelding can’t do!
Fever stays gentle with time off and is as honest and capable as they come! He stands like a soldier for you to get on, handles effortlessly with one hand, and will never put you in a bind! He is comfortable to ride at the walk, trot, and lope. He has a good stop, turn around, will back up, and work a gate with ease. You can ride him in everything from a halter to a port bit, he doesn’t care! Fever is traffic safe, and is experienced with thick brush- going through and over just about anything. He will work a flag or carry a flag- it doesn’t matter to him! He will poke along out on the trail, or trot out with the best of them! There’s a lot of directions this versatile gelding can go in, but the best part about him is he is a team player- happy to be doing whatever his rider asks of him!
Fever is clean legged and great footed. He loads, ties, hauls, is good for farrier/ vet, and up to date on all dental work! He is an easy keeper, and lives happily in or out of a stall! Safe, Sane, & Sound!
