Detached Home Sales DOUBLE | The Surrey Report

Now that we have entered the summer market here in the Fraser Valley, the speed at which homes are selling is starting to slow and we are seeing far fewer competing offer situations for buyers, which is a very, very good thing. Having said that, the sale of Surrey detached homes DOUBLED in June 2023 compared to June 2022.

In this month’s Surrey Report, Surrey Real Estate Specialist, Steve Karrasch of Macdonald Realty walks through the June 2023 stats for the City of Surrey and offers his insight into what he is currently seeing in the market. 🏘 Townhomes = $890,000 (-1.2%)
🌆 Condos = $555,100 (-0.1%)
