Even though I was doing a mini-deload, and thus had to do lowert RPE and/or volume for my exercises, I decided to go for 120 Kgs for my sets this week, as 117.5 Kgs was so easy, the week before. I tried slowing down, and accentuating the eccentric portion of the lift as well, but even then, this still felt pretty easy, with a several reps in reserve, for every set. Let's keep pushing 🤘🏻
