Dalmatian hilariously attempts to dry himself off

Louie the Dalmatian doesn't like water or being wet at all. The strange part is that in this clip he isn't even wet, he had just been in the bathroom while his owner took a bath. Guess he just needs to make sure he didn't get any 2nd degree water on him!
