Chem trails is a big player too.
Stars, the sun, harp, Chem trails, lasers. I did a video a couple years ago. Showing that weather manipulation started back in 1891. Before that there was prayer and rain dances.
Man has always strived to control Gods weather.
But the evil ones do it in secret. For control, for power, for destruction and sacrifice.
