Drivers on a hillside road near Waioeka Gorge in Gisborne Region in New Zealand were scratching their heads when traffic was suddenly halted. Then, from up on the mountain, what seems to be a flock of thousands of sheep descend on to the road. They are everywhere - the road, the hillside, roaming around like ants on an ant hill. What a sight!

The lucky person who recorded this video said: "While driving through the Waioeka Gorge in the Gisborne Region of New Zealand the traffic stopped to let this huge flock of sheep take over the road. I always have my camera at the ready and seized the moment!"

That is so cool! There is just so many of them! There must be thousands of sheep roaming around those hill and obstructing traffic! Aside from their inconvenience, these sheep do look adorable and mesmerizing. There is something about seeing huge numbers like that move in one motion that really transfixes you!
