UAP Commission: Disclosure or Cover-Up?

Senator Chuck Schumer has introduced a bill that would create a nine-member presidential commission to study the UAP issue. While a first glance this would seem a positive development for disclosure, it could instead stifle the ongoing intelligence and armed services committee investigations.
