Nick + JK Train Together (1 Jul 2023)

State champion Nick, starting nose guard on 1999 Mehlville Panthers shows JK some exercises and introduces him to Juvenile album 400 Degreez and influential songs “Ha” and others. That NOLA sound played a big part in the Panthers success.
