1 Corinthians: 1-17 (1) Unity in Christ and preaching in the power of the cross of Christ

A start to a new bible study series. Paul's letters to Corinth. Paul had established the church in Corinth around 17 years after Jesus had returned to the Father. He had moved on to Ehesus for 3 years when he heard reports the church in Corinth was becoming divided and falling back into immorality. We read his letter to Corinth hoping to learn from one of the most power preachers and Apostles of the gospel of Jesus Christ. His insights are as a relevant today as they have ever been. What a blessing that we have the read, digest and grow from. Praise Jesus!
